Svalbardbrød

Okay, so you can buy "Svalbardbrød" (Svalbard Bread) here in Tromsø. The bread is really nice, but I do worry about the sub-title "God smak bakt med iskald presisjon" (Good taste baked with ice-cold precision). Ice-cold baking? Seems counter intuitive... :-\
